5 personal training sessions that are REQUIRED if you are new to CrossFit or have done CrossFit
less than one month. CrossFit covers many different movements; some of which are more
technical than others. We will ensure you learn these movements properly from day one, which
will ensure your safety and success as well.
$149 for individual, $249 for couples/family
Our Basic and only membership option other than Foundations and Personal Training. Our
programming is designed so you can attend back to back classes. Anywhere between 3-5 days
per week is recommended in order to see results.
$50 per hour
Coach Lauren offers personal training scheduled at your convenience. This includes nutrition
guidance and advice, along with a personalized strength and conditioning program designed
specifically for you and your goals.
$20 per class daily or $50 weekly
If you are visiting the DFW area and belong to another gym, we would love to have you! In
addition, we have retail available that can be purchased in exchange for a daily or weekly drop
