Endurance Specific Training

Triathlon Beginner

$100 + $50 per hour individual swim instruction

  • Designed to be done in addition to CrossFit/Strength training

  • Sprint and Olympic distance focus

  • Beginner swim instruction

  • Cycling/Running training and strategy 

Half Ironman

$200

  • Detailed 3-6 month training plan

  • Designed to be done in addition to CrossFit/strength training

  • Includes gradual and strategic increases in training volume 

  • Includes proper tapering pre-race

Full Ironman

$300

  • Detailed 8-12 month training plan

  • Designed to be done in addition to CrossFit/strength training

  • Includes gradual and strategic increases in training volume 

  • Includes proper tapering pre-race

Endurance Running

  • First 5k

    • no running or jogging experience

    • Includes step by step progressions in walking/running mileage

    • Sign up for your first 5k

  • Half/Full Marathon

    • Recommended ability to run at least 5 miles 

    • 2-20 week training plan

    • Includes mileage progressions and interval training
